Staff

Country Lodge is managed by Mrs Deborah Spokes who is highly qualified and experienced. Each shift is led by a Trained Nurse and up to four experienced and qualified Care Assistants. We are committed to constant further training and education for our staff to maintain the highest standards of care.

In addition we also employ a full complement of Housekeeper, cleaners, gardeners and handymen to ensure the smooth running of our home.
